Founded in 1919, Società Agricola Gli Allori is located in Collalbrigo, in the heart of the gentle, sunlit hills of Conegliano.

In these lands, generations, stories, dreams, and projects have followed one another over time. The century-old laurel plants, the symbol of the winery, are still located at the center of the vineyard—guardians and witnesses of a timeless story. A story shaped by the courageous women of the family—Luigia, Giovanna, and Maria Luisa—to whom the Prosecco DOCG “Le Tose” label (“the girls” in the Venetian dialect) is dedicated, representing a strong identity that is renewed through each generation.

Giacomo, Giulio, and Matilde, the latest generation of Gli Allori, have been managing the winery since 2011, with the aim of combining tradition, innovation, and respect for nature. The three cousins offer a limited annual selection of bottles, focusing exclusively on high-quality products that express the character of the territory.

An on-site shop is available by appointment.

The winery offers guided tours and tastings with local products from March to October, from Thursday to Sunday. Reservations are mandatory via the company website.
